Stadsburcht will soon be home to new people. They will be staying in a skillfully restored environment, full of original details from 1909. Architectural craftsmanship is understanding how to create beautiful staircases within a point-shaped floor plan with spacious rooms and kitchens around them, each with at least two large windows. The result exudes light and space.
As soon as you live and work in Stadsburcht, you will feel that you are living in a work of art. The exceptional beauty and utility of Stadsburcht gives pause to all of its visitors. Both the current owner and those interested . Take your time to discover the potential of Stadsburcht.
Important: The property is a combination of two houses: a two-storey upper house (369-A) of 183 square meters and a two-storey lower house (369-B) of 174 square meters. This combination can be undone by means of a division permit.
